Uniform, avg. 10" tall heads with soft-green exterior leaves and a crisp, blanched interior. More sure-heading than all other Sugarloaf varieties in our trials. Can be grown right through the season from spring to fall. Good field-holding ability. Mildly bitter flavor adds a nice touch to mixed salads. USDA Certified Organic.
